1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Diverse IT Solutions website or purchasing our services and equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Province of Ontario.

2. Services and Equipment

Diverse IT Solutions provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, and web development.

• Hardware Sales: All IT equipment and hardware are subject to manufacturer warranties.
• Service Agreements: IT and Web Development services are governed by the specific agreements signed during the onboarding process.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Diverse IT Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Custom code and websites built for clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon final payment and handover.

4. Accessibility Commitment (AODA)

5. Limitation of Liability

Diverse IT Solutions provides IT support, equipment and web development services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, hardware failure, or third-party service provider errors.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

7. Promotions

Any promotional pricing or offers are subject to specific terms at the time of signing and may require a minimum service term. Terms and conditions apply. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. Call for full promotion details, availability and applicability.
